This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Go to Dr. Schatz; he seems okay. Dr. Trombello didn't listen to me at all and was a big waste of time and money.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. . This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. Dr. Schatz was awesome though. Very helpful, and thorough in figuring out what the problem was with my foot. I am so grateful!

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
