I was upset when my insurance changed my PCP. After seeing Dr. Bander the first time, I found him to be an excellent PCP. He was patient and took the time to listen to me. The tests he ordered were done in his office and I was called with the results a few days later. The staff were friendly and efficient, most especially the Lab Techs who drew my blood. It's difficult to draw my blood and both got it right the first time. I am so happy to have found Dr. Bander and highly recommend him.

I was nervous having to go to a new doctor but Dr. Bander & his office staff eased my mind immediately. Dr. Bander made me feel like I was his only patience that day. He talked to me like I was a new friend he was getting to know. I never felt like I was being grilled about my health. He was understanding, sweet & very funny. The best bedside manner I have ever had with a doctor. His office staff was just as wonderful.

Carol (the nurse practitioner who shares an office with Dr. Bander) is an intelligent, concise, and caring medical health professional, as are the other lovely nurses. Dr. Bander is a very unsympathetic, insensitive, and rude man who makes no attempt at bedside manner. He can be found rolling his eyes, scoffing, and insulting his patients, as well as cracking sardonic jokes at their expense. A patient can often find him or herself waiting up to two hours past his or her initial appointment time.
