Had to travel 45 miles for a doctor to finally get it right! Besides that...Wonderful doctor and staff too!

Hello, I had my surgery back in May and everything went beautifully! I am very happy with the results! However, I was very shocked to learn that Dr. Faigen has a non-medical non licensed person treating patients and removing stitches!? Granted, she did a beautiful job but, she’s not a nurse and she’s not licensed and that really shocked me. Just food for thought.
The staff was very professional. The doctor was as very nice and explained everything very clearly.
Made appointment with Doctor but when I showed up they had no record of my appointment.. Doctor refused to see me when I arrived for my appointment I needed stitches removed from an emergency surgery Amber, his assistant, claimed she called but I received no vm’s Probably because she used wrong area code She used 561 instead of 516 Arrogant Amber said she called referring physician but when I spoke to the referring physician’s assistant, she said she knew nothing about any phone calls..

Comfortable environment for thorough conversation with all concerns addressed. Very friendly and supportive staff. Excellent experience!
Dr Fagien is the best! I’ve now seen him for a number of years and he was one of very few physicians in the US who could diagnose and help me with my problem. He’s alway friendly, gentle, and effective. I feel so fortunate that I found him!
