Worst service ever !! Stay away from this place. There’s doctors are the worst especially Dr Chen!! I even called them to tell them about there service and requested office manager to call me back and not even the decency to return my phone call!
They will NOT answer to phone., I was on hold for over an hour. Never was able to confirm my appointment time and date. Terrible customer service!
Office is totally unresponsive. There appears to be enough staff but nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. And messages are not returned. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for more than a week.
