While Dr. Kane seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor and his staff is very kind, I find that I can no longer tolerate the long times to get to the back and then to actually see the doctor. On my very first appointment, I waited over an hour in the waiting room before being called back. Then I waited another 45 minutes in the chair before seeing anyone at all. Couldn’t ask for better service or results
What a very positive experience I had with staff, the PA, and with Dr. Kane. Im currently prepping for cataract removal, but I have multiple eye issues in addition. They have addressed each issue individually and took time to go over each element of the procedure, risks, and anticipated outcomes. They get an A for communication and kindness.
Dr. Kane is very methodic, aknowledgeable and listens to all your concerns. He and his staff are top notch.
