I had an appointment with Dr Werner.for my knee. It took 2 months to get in. I have MS, so I use a wheelchair. When they called be back for ex rays, they saw my chair and said we can’t do your ex rays, the room isn’t big enough for your chair. We don’t have a table. They asked for discs from urgent care. They only had scans to email. For some reason they won’t except emails. As a doctor he should have A secure way to access x-rays.They sent me home. His medical assistant said she’d have to figure something out. I left 3 mess... read more
Worst Dr. ever. I would not recommend him at all. Had to go to an ER. Laid there 5 hrs. He was paged a minimum of7 times. Did not return the ER DR. Phone call nor any of the 5 times that I called his answering service. Gross neglect of a patient he did a knee replacement on. Answering service kept telling me that they paged him. Never got an answer from his office as to why he didn’t respond.
This was my first time trying the Durolane gel injection for my knee. I am more stable now when walking and the pain is greatly reduced as well as the inflammation. Dr. Werner is compassionate and performed the treatment expertly. I recommend Dr. Werner and plan to return for treatment in the future.
A long waiting time 😲 Dr Werner did my other knee about 8 years ago. Hoping for less pain this time!!
