Mr. Uberti damaged my family irreparably and was directly responsible for the loss of many hundreds of thousands of dollars. He pretended to be doing what was best for all concerned but in truth he did anything but. I wouldn't trust him any farther than I could throw him. Client beware.
Jim was very helpful and discussed the process so you know what you can expect and as the process went on it was exactly as I was told it would go. I felt he did both myself and my soon to be ex a fair and reasonable settlement. I hope to never go through this again but I would highly recommend for all people who need his services to use Jim as a mediator!
