Dr. Degroot was the first one to ever take me seriously when I came into the ER saying something was very wrong, he listened, did the appropriate tests and determined that I need e two very serious emergency surgeries on my spinal canal due to severe compression of my spinal cord. I am four months out of surgery now and healing well. He continues to follow me and has been nothing but excellent.
