2 Front Desk people were rude, mean and unprofessional. I could not believe what I had experienced. My credit card was charged 6 and half weeks ago on my first visit there. Ever since I did not hear from them. They never called me for my invisalign status. No, they were very calm and understanding Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Hold onto your wallet! Never provides a proper quote and then sticks you with bill after bill. Quick to do procedures and take appointments. Arguably unethical.

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Don't trust this dentist. Had regular visits with dentist tht told me I had strong teeth and wouldn't get another cavity. Moved went to this dentist and suddenly I had two small cavities requiring no novicane. Probably should have been watched but I was a sucker and had them filled. Now 7 years later filling fell out and I am sure this is gonna cost plus now it is bigger. Not to mention I am scared to dath of dental work! I am 42 and had good teeth until I went to this dentist! Thanks a lot!

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
