It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr. Cecil and staff are easy to work with and very friendly. Dr. Cecil is experienced and listens to my concerns. I always feel relief after his adjustments and he offers tips on how I can improve at home. I have recommended Dr. Cecil to my friends and family.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I arrived for my appointment the Kathy and the staff were waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
