We have been a part of this practice since my soon to be 9 year old was 2. We were we referred by a family member after we had already been through two other pediatric dentists who we were not happy with. We drive about 25 minutes to get to the dentist but that's fine with me to have excellent care for my children. My oldest child has had some pretty extensive dental work for a child. We love Dr Steve. Him and his team are so kind and patient with my children. They take the time not only to explain to me what they are doing they explain to my kids in a way they can understand so they are not scared. We love it there.
My family and I love this office! The staff is always so kind and welcoming when we come in. My kids get excited when it's comes time for a check up which makes me happy as a parent.
Great first time appt, office is super kid friendly!! The one thing I would say they could improve on is: when sending out new patient packets ~ think about who your sending it to and for how many children, super annoying to show up only to have to stand there and fill out a ton of annoying paperwork that 100% could've been done at home had it all been sent prior!!! A Lil thought goes a long way, that'd be my only gripe about the office!! Otherwise great. Clean office. Friendly, kids were happy!!!
The doctor is great, straight forward and very thorough. However, the scheduling has not been easy with getting the two kids on the same day because of their scheduling policies. Also the office manager is extremely rude with no personality. The actual dental hygienist were sweet but the past two times they all, including the doctor had to forcefully hold down my niece to get her dental work done. It was an unforgettable experience both times and now she is so afraid to go. Nice doctor who does good work but a lot of issues.
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Steve and his staff. They are the best!
