This Statefarm office is the best they have a representative name Milena she so nice and polite that was able to help me with a bad experience that my family had with Allstate she went out her way to help and communicated with us thru each step. Is very difficult these days to get people that are so willing to help. I will recommend this statefarm office to anyone that needs help with their insurance.
I just want to say first and foremost Milena was beyond helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond with helping me with my case. She walked me through by speaking with the claims department making sure my case was completed the right way and that I was taking care of. Milena also helped me with my business insurance the exact way I wanted. Very pleased with her service and look forward with continuing my business with Sate Farm.
I need for my agent to connect me without me having to call a million times in one week. I need for my policy not to change without me having any knowledge of the change until its too late. And I need for agents working under Steve to know what their doing. This is sad to go through during quarantine. I never thought I would go through this as long as I been a customer with State Farm.
