Dr Boles is amazing always takes the time to listen, and usually is correct at what is needed for treatment, however it was a lot easier to get to him before he joined Honor Health.
Outstanding doctor. I saw Dr. Boles for a number of years then had to change doctors due to moving and my insurance plan. I'm really happy I was able to go back to him December 2019. Tremendous knowledge, great sense of humor, takes the time to listen to me, thoroughly explains what he is doing and gives the reason, and genuinely cares. I'm very grateful to see such a great man and doctor.
Dr. Boles has been my doctor for over 20 years he's truly the best. He has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while explaining options. As a recovering alcoholic and addict I have to be careful what medications I take to maintain my sobriety. As an addictionologist, Dr. Boles has been able to guide me through the usual bump and bruises of life as well as some mild depression without heavy medications or pain killers.
It's a secure feeling knowing that Dr Boles is my primary physician. Although I don't need to see him often (since my health is good), I know I'm in good hands. My wife and I agree that his comforting manner with patients is especially appreciated.
Dr. Boles takes the time needed to listen to your concerns. One Day I was Stressed out and I was able to get an appointment the same day.
Dr Bikes is an excellent doctor. He literally saved my life by diagnosing me correctly. However, once he joined Honor Health and his office staff changed it went way down hill. The office staff are on auto pilot and don't give a rat's behind about the patients, they are there for the paycheck. I stopped going to Dr. Bikes once he switched from a family practice to a corporation
Dr Boles is my favorite! I look forward to my visits with him, he takes the time to talk and answer questions. His staff is great! I have had an excellent experience there!
Changed to this doctor after insurance change. Big mistake. After a few appointments have found him to be condescending and his examinations to be the minimal he can do. His sole agenda is substance abuse of which he is sure that everyone has a problem. As for the staff have found them to be incompetent in scheduling appointments, relating messages to the doctor, acknowledging refill requests from my pharmacy. Over all a nightmare from the start.
Felt like he actually listened to my concerns, first doctor I have seen in the past 10 years where I felt comfortable enough to just sit and talk.
