I used Steven for a business aquisition. He walked me through best steps, gave great advice, and made sure it went through smootly. He's a wealth of knowledge on how to do things correctly to protect yourseld. Highly reccomend!

Sadly I had a bad experience with Steven Besly. He became unresponsive stating that he was busy and wouldn't return my texts or emails for two weeks at times. Hired another firm that handled my matter in under 3 weeks. Wish I had started with them.
