Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was immediately put at ease by the staff. The Dr. is both very friendly and very competent. When my son came in he had an good way with children. He performed bunion surgery and I hardly had any pain.
