Staff created you upon entering the facility with kindness, care and efficiency
The Dr. was great as always. However, upon checking in at the desk, I was told to have a seat until called. After 20 mins of waiting, my husband asked if I needed to drink anything while waiting. Only then he was told I need to go downstairs to receive the CT Scan, then return to see the doctor.... what??? Not sure why I was not told during check in.
