Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. During my appointment, they thoroughly went over all of my questions, and I definitely felt a lot more knowledgeable afterwards. They always return my phone calls quickly.
