He did my endoscopy and he was patient with my anxiety and kind. His office is always is busy so it's hard to see him but his P.A. is smart but kind of impatient but not rude. Overall I do like them.
My experience with this place is horrible. I visited Dr. Julie Erps (one of the doctors in Dr. Fein's office) twice. First time I arrived the office 30mins earlier to fill out forms. And they made me wait 3-4 HOURS in a small cold office before I could talk to Dr. Erps. I was pretty angry but thought that was probably b/c of too many patients at the end of year. the 2nd time I still waited for more than 2 HOURS. Dr. Erps came in and only talked for less than 5 mins.
