Doctor is excellent but his front desk is beyond rude and obnoxious. Wrong insurance information was put in the system twice and when I tried to correct the issue I was hung up on. Received same service while waiting in his office. They were eating and couldn’t be bothered to check me and two others in. They acted annoyed by our presence. So unfortunately for an otherwise great doctor.
Terrible customer service over the phone and when I went in person to ask for someone to speak to about my experience i was told “there is no office manager here so there is noone you can speak to”. Disrespectful and they show no attempt of caring. It seems insane to me that there is no accountability and customer service reps can say whatever they want on the phone to you.
What a wonderful neurologist. He took his time with me, was extremely thorough, and made me feel so reassured and taken care of. I will be recommending him to family and friends. I wish there were more doctors like Stephen Ender.

Dr Ender was always a very kind and concerned doctor. He guided me to the proper surgical consultation for my carpal tunnel syndrome! Before that it was this awful migraine condition which I won't go into but if you need a neurologist he is the one to see.
