Jamie came to brief transitioning service members on the resources given from the Cohen Clinic and did a fabulous job. She was articulate, knowledgeable, and professional. We were given the website, phone number and QR code to scan for more information. Thank you for taking the time to share valuable tools for service members and their families!

The process to get into the clinic for me went left, so I declined to even become a patient…They asked for a copy of my insurance card, I immediately send it to a “secure” email, following the specific instructions I was provided. The next day I log on for my intake, just to be the only one to show up. I then call the office to see what’s going on and they proceed to tell me it’s because of my insurance card, THEY NEED A COPY! I’m then asked to tell them what time I sent the email so they can find it…This is the URGENT email... read more
I had a job interview for this location with a lady by the name of Melissa Castro. I have over 20 years of experience in the field. Also, I have served in the past as a first responder doctor working with the military, law enforcement, EMT, and fire fighters. This lady by the name of Melissa Castro was one of the most pessimistic and negative persons I have met. She treated me with disrespect. I hope she does not treat our veterans in the same way. She was unprofessional.
Update again at the bottom, Beware! Unfortunately my experience at this facility where you should be safe, vulnerable and respected have brought more pain, anguish and suffering.
