After careful thought and consideration, while the sales experience was nice, I think that there were some promises made that weren’t kept. While the price of the vehicle was reduced, there was far more wrong than initially disclosed. While one of seven or eight issues were repaired, the brake light and the horn (actually considered safety items) were not looked at as stated they would be. Update: The check engine light that I inquired about and was told is an EGR valve is actually a cracked manifold that comes with an “at cost” price of $680 for the part. This isn’t including labor. I’ve now had the vehicle roughly 7 weeks and it has been in the shop for 4 of those weeks. It was actually recommended that I toss a grenade into the vehicle and walk away. Got my car taken here without my consent after I was in an accident. Charged me way over typical rate and I had to sell the title over to pay a minuscule portion of the bill. The people there wouldn’t let me take out my expensive car radio out of my car even before the title was signed over. And the people we dealt with were the farthest from friendly.
Great people.. all of them amongst the whole business
I strongly recommend not going here. I bought a vehicle from him that needed some front end work and new tires. The agreement was to put new tires on and fix what was causing the wear. The only thing he did was put new tires on it. Go to find out it needed 1200 of work. I have the quotes and buyers agreement to prove the whole thing. See you in court!
Years of doing business there has finally come to an end. Just make sure that get everything in writing because the man is not good on just his word.
