The whole experience was great!! Nickolas greeted us at the door! He explained the attributes of the 2018 Tiguan as I test drove the car! The trade in value of the 2011 Buick was good as was the final price - .The finance negotiations were quick and uncomplicated!! Also the explanation of features was inclusive! Overall , I would highly recommend Nickolas and the Rick White dealership!!
