This is my 4th house that I have owned and therefore my 8th real estate agent (buying and selling side) and the only real estate agent that I like. I fully intend to work with him again whether it be investment properties or selling in the future. If you are looking for someone who is personable, eager, knowledgeable and honest then this is the guy you want.
