Steve and his team were very knowledgeable about our neighborhood, and had a solid strategy for preparing our house for listing. They had good suggestions of projects that would increase the list price without costing us more than the net gain, and we were very happy with the painters, cleaners, carpet installers, etc that they recommended. They were easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions. They negotiated well on our behalf during closing. We definitely recommend Steve Sylvester & Associates!
We used Steve Sylvester & Assoc 7 years ago when we needed to find a house and Steve did an amazing job helping us find the perfect house and neighborhood in Loveland based on our family, needs, job etc. We loved them so much we just used Steve and Micha (and team) again when we had to sell it this past Spring--we were thrilled to have sold our house in 6 weeks.
