I would not trust this doctor to do anything. Very disorganized and when we go for my moms appointment we are here for 2-3 hours each time.
My mother had cataract surgery with zero anesthesia. Dr was was very defensive when she told him that she could see and feel his knife in her eye!!!she got no bill from anesthesiologist so she must not have received any anesthesia.. would not recommend..!!! Dr was very defensive when she told him she could feel everything.also the eyedrops for post opp that she has been taking for 2 months 3 times a day just had a nationwide recall according to our pharmacy. Had a great experience. Staff and Doc were nice, got my procedure done quick and easy.
Not sure how many years I've been going to see Dr. Surratt, but for sure more than 20 years. When my husband had to have glasses, he too went to Dr. Surratt. These past two months, Dr. Surratt operated on both my husband's eyes for cataracts. He wouldn't do them too close together, to make sure it was just right. My husband is now seeing 20/20. Dr. Surratt took the time to answer any questions we had and it was much appreciated. We appreciated his staff as well!
