I have been a commercial real estate broker for over 40 years and know something about brokerage. I can say that Steve Snider is by far one of the hardest working and most professional brokers I have ever known or worked with. He is a master for details and constant follow up. Steve recently sold our house with large acreage and produced tremendous marketing materials. He personally handled open houses and reached out to other brokers to make sure nothing was missed. Steve and his team were excellent to work with selling our Seattle home. He explained the process thoroughly every step of the way and took care of every detail extremely quickly. He also has a great team working around him and we received the same support and service from everybody at Real. The other cool thing about Steve is that he has a massive network so when it came time to promote an open house, we got huge turnouts. Would be six stars if I could.
