Very happy with this company! The technician arrived right on time, was very professional and diagnosed the problem with our fridge right away. We had to wait a day for the right part, but the technician was easy to contact and worked with my schedule. Fridge is back up and running. I will definitely use them again.

I feel like I am dealing with a real honest human being. Too often when you contact service people, I feel like they are robotic in how they charge and how they treat you (the customer). Steve is far from that. I cannot recommend him high enough!!!
