We have had to call on Steve several times. He has been prompt, fair and provided good customer service.
I called Steve and got honesty. It’ll cost you more to fix than its worth. You should buy new one. Not what I needed to hear but it was worth my time and cost me nothing.
Outstanding communication and professionalism, called late Tuesday afternoon, was scheduled for service first thing Wednesday morning. Technician called before arrival, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in less than an hour after arriving, fantastic service all the way around. Highly recommended!
