Throughout the process, he was extremely responsive to me and prospective buyers. His communication is excellent and he’s a smart and saavy salesman. The sale closed by March 9th at a price I liked!

Steve was great, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured or tried to talk us into a house we didn't quite like. He worked hard and consistent for over 8 weeks looking at dozens of houses, and wrote multiple competitive offers for us. After one of our offers was finally accepted, he continued to make himself available even past the closing date. Whether buying or selling, Steve is the best!
