I went in, not once, but twice, to have a tooth extracted. They knew this when I went in, THEN once I was in the chair, was told their X-ray machine wasn’t working. They tried and tried to get some xrays (while having kind of argumentative cobersations about who’s fault the xray machine was). Having traveled for work the past decade I have had to visit over twenty dentists and without a doubt Dr. Schwam is the best I’ve encountered. From his witty banter to his willingness to go the extra mile to explain in depth, the procedures in order to quell your anxieties from dental care I cannot speak highly enough of him. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for quality and professional dental care.

I had ONE tooth that I knew needed to be extracted. How can you argue with what I know to be true? I did not have money for a "comprehensive exam" ~ and why did you give me referrals to 3 oral surgeons if I did not say the tooth needed to be extracted? Your x-ray machine didn't show the issue! Tell me what I said that was untrue? Sue Brown

Wonderful dentist and wonderful staff. My only issue is that the staff takes too much time conversating with the patients. I went in to get my teeth cleaned and for a exam (I have never had to have an exam to scedule a teeth cleaning) that should have taken at most 30 minutes, took 2 hours. I was almost late picking my kids up from school. I don't like to be rude but I didn't say anything. I would love to continue with Steve Schwam dentistry but don't because I don't want to spend my entire day there.
