I would emphatically recommend Steve to any of my friends. Not only is he very knowledgeable (he was previously an architect), but he was also incredibly patient in helping me navigate through a crazy seller's market to find our long term home. I appreciate him going the extra mile to be on good terms with all the sellers and gleaning extra information when he could. I also value his proactiveness about making sure all the details and coordination go smoothly.
