They will do everything they can to get you a great deal and great interest rate. I have a loophole credit score and went to then a year ago they go me in a car with a rate..but when I returned one year later brand new car and amazing interest rate it drop nearly 9 points my rate did. Go see's Brandon black for sells guy/friend and them let ms. Kelly get by with the best bank out there. Im a customer for life!
HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. We went looking for a used car they told us they could get is into a brand new car...... they did. And a MONTH later they called and took it back because they couldn't work the deal. When we went to pick up our car that we traded in it had different wheels and tires on it. We told them we were not leaving in the vehicle like that because that was not had we had given the vehicle to them. Just bought a used car from Steve Rayman Chevrolet and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the pricing for both the car I wanted and what they were willing to give me for my trade were fantastic. If you are looking for a car in the north Atlanta area I would highly recommend you stop by and check them out!
I Liked the customer service.
I recently visited Steve Rayman and fortunately for me I was greeted by Mike Bell, an awesome salesman and I was able to ride away in my new car a few hours later. Although challenges were presented, he worked diligently to seal the deal. Our finance manager Dan was right there sweating with him. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stop by for great customer service and an awesome deal.
