Steve Rayman Chevrolet was a miracle worker!!! My credit is the pits but they were able to get a deal done and I am so happy to be driving again. I had an amazing salesman, Rick Cobb. He treated me and my daughter to lunch at Zaxby's on the test drive!!! He was very attentive and patient with her as well. I have and will continue to recommended to others!!!
Even though it took a longer time than I expected I was very happy with the service and the results. I've never purchased a car before and Miami was very helpful. Overall I'd recommend this location to everyone. Especially first time buyers!

Worst service ever! Waiting 5 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. I was told it would be an hour and a half, which I was fine with, but then 3 hours went be. When I asked if there was anything wrong that was causing it to take longer, I was told "I don't know, I just write the report." Isn't it it also your job to service the customer? I had to wait 2 more hours after that. When they finally brought me my car, I wanted to know why it could have possibly taken that long when every other person that had come in ... read more

As always. I had the best service. I called in the morning to make an appointment for the same day. The service guy ( Tim ) told me that he would have my car ready in one hour and I was out of there in less time. Very satisfied!
My dad bought a 2016 Tahoe and was involved in an accident. We took it to Steve Rayman body shop the day before Thanksgiving. He still doesn't have his truck back! 6 weeks! Will never be doing business with them again! Worst experience ever!
