Steve Quick and Dana are a terrific team – My husband and I went to Steve Quick Jewelers for our wedding bands and engagement ring. We dealt primarily with Dana but found that overall, everyone was pleasant to work with. From the moment we met Dana she was helpful, informative and upbeat. Love it! – I went to Steve Quick for an engagement ring knowing nothing about jewelry. I met with them 2-3 times to learn about jewelry before I even mentioned I may buy something. The staff was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and spent plenty of time educating me on their products and services. More than anything, there was never a point where anyone tried to sell me anything I didn't want or couldn't afford. Steve Quick offers unique experience – I was recommended this place from a friend at my office, he had just got engaged and had a great outcome from Steve Quick. Great Chicago Jeweler – If you're in the market for jewelry-- check out Steve Quick! You will not be disappointed!! We had a fabulous experience with engagement rings there. Exceptional Costumer Service – My fiance went to many jewelery stores before he found the perfect one....Steve Quick. Wanted to hold the ring for "up to 2 weeks" to have it appraised – I had heard good reviews about these guys, then when I brought my engagement ring there to have it appraised, they told me they would need to keep it in-house for 1 to 2 weeks (yes, WEEKS!!! I clarified!!!). Wonderful Jewelers – My husband I used SQJ when we got married. I had my grandmother?s engagement ring, but I wasn?t sure I wanted to use it.
