My mom had a foot fracture in October 2025 and was referred to Dr. Steve Huynh by her PCP after we were not satisfied with a prior specialist’s treatment plan. Dr. Steve Huynh is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. The visit lasted less than ten minutes. He said he couldn’t prescribe anything and told me to just continue the current medication. My primary care physician referred us to a specialist so we could get better care, but it seems Dr. Huynh couldn’t help at all and wasn’t willing to do anything. This podiatrist offered zero solutions to severe bunion pain (in one foot) for our daughter stating to use "creams" and "maneuvers". Really? What kind of doctor offers zero solutions and says he won't offer operative remedies to correct obvious pain in walking, sleeping, lifestyle intrusions? He stated to her that shaving down the bunion and inserting a screw could cause more pain or recurring pain in the future, but how would he know if he hasn't tried? Very good in surgery and very gentle and clearly in explaining to the patient
Dr. Steve Huynh performed bunion surgery for my mom for both feet and he did a great job. He is conscientious, cheerful, and kind. One time, my mom didn't have an appointment but he still helped her with an urgent issue. He is highly recommended!
