The worst customer service. If I could give no stars, I would. It all started when I was buying a new home. I was told they found a cheaper insurance company. I had an appointment to meet with the agent, who never called or showed up. I got so fed up with the lack of communication, I went thru another agency. I tried calling the insurance company, who said I have to cancel with the agent.
