Steve Piper and Sons Tree Service did an amazing job after damage to our tree from the recent storm.. They were still able to save our 30 plus year old tree, which is what we were hoping for. They were very responsive to our concerns. Many places would have just told us it couldn’t be saved, and the easy job would be to just cut the tree down and move on. They sent 2 workers who did not speak English, so I could not communicate with them. No one from the company was on site to oversee the work, and I had not planned to spend the day overseeing their work (not my responsibility), so the result was a disaster. I will never use them again.
Just called and explained what I needed and wallahh!!! Like magic they came and my home looks so much better - will use them continuously in the future
Great customer service! I had weeds pulled, mulch laid, trees cut, and one cut down. They did a fantastic job working with scheduling and making sure it was done well! They called the day before to let me know. I also asked about certain tree branches to be cut and they accommodated. Definitely well priced in comparison to others! Can’t beat good customer service! I highly recommend Piper & Sons! Thank you!
Piper did our mulch this year and we were more than pleased. They gave us a date for install and delivered a couple of days earlier. They installed the mulch on our lot making sure the ground cover was not covered by mulch and cleaned up all the mulch that dropped on the stone and pavers. The trees were surrounded by deep mulch piles which trees love. If you need mulch at a reasonable cost and expert installation Piper & Sons is the place to go.
