When our AC stopped producing cool air the evening before this company was the only one who could service my AC the very next day even though they were overbooked they squeezed me in during this horrible heat wave. I don't know how we would have survived it another day or night since we are elderly and suffering with almost 90 degrees in our house when the service man came. Last evening our HVAC started blowing out hot air! This is our first experience with SPAC&H, but if the service technician today is any example (Andrew), it won't be the last. I called them at 9am and was politely told they wouldn't be able to send someone till late afternoon, which was better than next day scheduling I'd been told by two others. I could sum-up the quality of work and service in one word--AWESOME. But that's not enough. Steve Patrick Air Conditioning & Heating cares about their customers concerns and is willing to take the extra initiative to insure satisfaction. This company is a complete package, professional, courteous, and dedicated. With the many HVAC companies in our area its difficult to recognize the best.
