The worst renting experience of my life. Complete lack of communication. Didn’t even inform me that the landlord wasn’t going to rent to us. This after I informed my current landlord that we were moving. Didn’t explain why. Didn’t even want to review my application with me. Nothing. Not recommended if you are looking for a rental. Maybe he’s only committed to selling expensive homes. Don’t waste your time if you see his name on a sign for a rental. He doesn’t care if he’s not making big money.
Steve is an AMAZING realtor to work with!!! It took my fiancé and I 6+ months and 12 offers until we found our house, and Steve was with us every step of the way. He dedicated so much time and effort over these past few months to bring us to countless private showings and open houses.
