Hole above our upstairs apartment door has led to a family of raccoons living in the attic! Had a flea issues for 3 weeks no one came by to spray! (we don’t have pets btw) Had to get rid of them on our own. The fleas were getting in through the vent above our oven. I had to put a bag and tape around it to keep them from getting in. I would find fleas hoping off the counter!! We are planning to move out of this apartment as soon as we can !! These people do not care! I will never rent from them again! If you want to live with rude tenants and roaches yes come here. If not def recommend somewhere else
The best place to rent from
The rent is reasonable and as long as you don't have any maintenance issues you will be fine. The minute you have serious maintenance issues you may as well start looking for a new place to live because they won't repair it. The small things they will send someone to patch up but that's the best it will get.
