The rent is reasonable and as long as you don't have any maintenance issues you will be fine. The minute you have serious maintenance issues you may as well start looking for a new place to live because they won't repair it. The small things they will send someone to patch up but that's the best it will get.

Hole above our upstairs apartment door has lead to a family of raccoons living in the attic! Had a flea issues for 3 weeks no one came by to spray! (we don’t have pets btw) Had to get rid of them on our own. The fleas were getting in through the vent above our oven. I had to put a bag and tape around it to keep them from getting in. I would find fleas hoping off the counter!! We are planning to move out of this apartment as soon as we can !! These people do not care! I will never rent from them again! Terrible place to live. They never have enough maintenance men to fix the property in a timely manner. I moved in my apt 2 years ago and notice that whenever I plug things into an outlet it falls right out, instead of them fixing it, they advised me to use power surge cords, now 2 years later i being shocked when trying to use those outlets and they still have not fixed it. If I could give zero stars I would. Jennifer is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and she racially profiled me. She was jealous of my income that she thought I was lying about. All she had to say was ma’am I’m going to give the house to someone who already rent from them. All of the eye rolling and neck popping was unnecessary. Thank God I’m healed and have done work on myself…. She need to love on herself/self cares more and stop being hateful.
