I find Dr Hong extremely knowledgeable and communicates the diagnosis and treatment clearly. I appreciate his approach and demeanor. Plus he's very personable.
Dr. Hong helped navigate a family members pain. He was absolutely wonderful with great advice, communication and personal assistance when needed. He truly cares about his patients and has the best intentions on making them pain free. He communicates well with any questions personally instead of sending it off to staff to address.
