For this to be a family first oriented company they are anything but. The communication with Steve Hawins CUSTOM homes is non existing unless you are not complaining about the craftsmanship of their work. The foreman that they have for Mayfair south is horrible and not listen to the homebuilders input or address questions. He will just tell you that it can't be fixed and it is not their responsibility.
