Following an ankle injury, I visited Beacon Orthopedics on April 3, 2023. My initial consultation was efficient; I was seen, x-rayed, fitted with a boot, and released within an hour. However, my experience with Dr. Steve Hamilton was highly disappointing. His bedside manner was the worst I've ever encountered. This place is terrible. I saw Dr. Hamilton for pain in my knee. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes in the room with me. I was supposed to schedule for a cortizone injection. I called to do so at least 4 times. I learned the name of his assistant was Will. I left my messages for him. He either never returned my calls or sent me to other departments. I have been in medicine myself for over 10 years I have never seen such a pitch poor example of medical care after being lied to you to get me in the office they told me they could do my sternum and my neck and my back when I got there all he wanted to do was check my neck even though I complained about the pain meds I was on were not effective after a car accident and my shoulder really hurt they did not care all he wanted to do was look at my x-rays which he looked at for exactly half of a second look at 1 slide than the 2... read more

I’ve never received such callous treatment from a medical practice. I arrive with my arm secured in a sling. The receptionist proceeded to hand me 2-page questionnaire to complete. I had to tell her multiple times I was unable to complete the form and brought her attention to my arm in a sling; she finally agreed to read the questions and complete. I have never seen a more abrupt and unfriendly doctor in my life. He never even said hello when he walked in the room. I am wondering if he was personally having a bad day. I have just never experienced such rudeness. The PA that came him before him was super.

Ever since having both of my hips replaced at another facility at the age of 38 due to AVN I experienced pain in my right groin which hampered my daily activity greatly. I decided to see Dr Hamilton for my last try to figure out what was causing my pain. Dr Hamilton not only identified the issue he laid out a plan to surgically correct the problem. I am happy to say the pain in my groin is now gone thanks to Dr Hamilton and his staff. I highly recommend Dr Hamilton and Beacon Orthopedics.

Dr. Hamilton and his staff have been excellent! I recently had surgery on my hip, and he took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I was able to go into surgery knowing I made a sound decision and without any second thoughts. The entire team on the day of surgery was excellent at keeping a relaxed environment in what can be a stressful time. I would highly recommend Dr. Hamilton and Beacon.

Have enjoyed meeting Doctor Hamilton and his team !!! Very professional and gets the job done with minimal wait time !!! Very thorough with his evaluation and gives good solid answers !!! I don't think you can go wrong with Beacon and the good group of physicians they have !!! Doctor Hamilton is top notch and yes would Highly Recommend !!! Thanks again !!!

I recently had othroscopic surgery on my knee. The Beacon Medical Group treated me like a first round draft pick for the Cincinnati Bengals. From scheduling to calls after the procedure all top notch. Dr Hamilton and his team by far is number one in my book. He enabled my family to view the surgery while it took place. He and his team are the BEST!!!! Thank you to that team and the Medical Group.
