Josh did a great job finding the truck I always wanted
I always get great customer service when I bring my car in. I love it!
After not repairing my car correctly the forst time they promised to fix it at their expense. After 5 hours of waiting they had not touched my car. Trent in the service department was extremely rude and so was the mechanic. They argued with me about the issue and told me the screaming noise coming from my car was normal. 7 hours later my day was waisted and my car is dtill not fixed. I left the dealership in tears. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
Went to them to because of the independent buyer, first they said yes we will buy your car, then they said we don't want it. Not satisfied with the service.
Two years ago purchased a vehicle that broke down within a few days and got worse. We were told that we "bought it as is end of story". Not interested in customer satisfaction at all.

Josh Krueger was great to work with. We didn't have a very good experience with another salesman in August 2013, so we were apprehensive about buying a car at Steve Hahn's, since that salesman is still there and is rude to us because we didn't buy a car from him last summer. Themonly real complaint this time was that we were a little disappointed that it took longer to get our car from another dealer than they had told us. We also got a call asking how our new car was, but we didn't even have our car yet.
Dave Cook and Manni Garcia, you guys are the best for helping me get the perfect car for me!! And, working with me and my money. You both are very much appreciated!! :)
