Very disappointed regarding billing. Over charged and would not listen to me about my insurance. Billed me for unnecessary procedure and did not bill insurance.
Dr. Wang, Is the most caring, very kind, and gentle, Dentist that I have ever had the opportunity to meet. He is always asking are you OK? I have needed extensive care on my teeth n bones, He has done a wonderful job. The ladies that work in the office treat you like family, always welcoming you, The dental assistance's, are very gentle, and happy to see you. They even have blankets if you'er cold. Everyone is so Professional, This is the dentist you've been looking for.
Today was my first visit & I'm happy thus far with the service. The receptionist and dental assistants were pleasant & friendly. Dr. Wang was very thorough...explained in detail the issue with my teeth, provided a demonstration & explanation for each possible solution. He was very nice & knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty. I went to a dentist days earlier & was told my wisdom tooth, cracked tooth needed to be pulled & had separation of the teeth. Today's exam all healthy except cracked one.
Dr S Wang is the best dentist my husband and I have ever had in our lifetime. Will never go to another dentist while his practice is in Winter Haven, Florida.
