Let me start by saying that I bought 2 Cadillacs from this location. Last one was 2023 CT5 Blackwing. Took it for oil change last year (2024) and the technician found nails on my tires. They recommend replacing the tires and gave me a loaner to get around for a day till the tires were replaced. Expensive but I loved the way I was treated. When I got the car a day after, they recommended to purchase an insure for the tires, so I did not have to pay for 3 years. I paid $1,800 and left.
