Our first time here and definitely not the last! Our server Christina was a doll and super professional with attention to every detail. The wine pairings were spot on with our dinner selections. Hubby's filet and my sea bass were out of this world. He got the crab and corn chowder and I got the spinach salad, both were fantastic. The focaccia with Serrano pepper dipping oil was delicious. He finished with amazing carrot cake and I loved my key lime pie. Way to go Steve Fields!
Prime Rib tasted mealy, as if marinated in tenderizer. Got the textbook bum's rush from the staff (e.g., "Can I box that up for you?" while my wife was just chewing her second bite!) Paying careful attention, we noticed that we were never once asked if our food was to our liking. Even with wine, we were run through the dining room in an hour, flat. Really sorry we ventured so far from our usual Preston Hollow and Uptown haunts to try this food mill. Never again. I feel like I owe Morton's and Al Biernat a personal apology...
When I want to eat a good Australian lobster this is the place, always good and pleasant service!!
