I was asleep and then I went home. People were great. The dr. cared about me and told me about everything that he did and what expect.
Dr. Fern has a great bedside manner. Very polite and down-to-earth. Also very thorough and knowledgeable. I will continue to use his services.

I have had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. Dr. Fern and his entire staff were wonderful on both occasions. My doctor also spoke highly about Dr. Fern when making the referrals. The procedures were fast and painless. I received the test results before I left the office. Pre-procedure instructions were provided in detail and in writing. This was a great asset especially prior to my colonoscopy.
I was in for a colonoscopy and the procedure was very quick and thorough. Dr. Fern explained the process and also my results. He made an uncomfortable situation bearable. I would highly recommend him.
I am old enough that I remember our family doctor making house calls. That's how things were done during my childhood. Doctors knew their patients and their families, and knew them by name. As a child doctors were an integral part of family life and their bedside manner was the difference between fear and comfort for a child.
