We were first time home sellers and Steve was great throughout the process of selling our condo. He explained everything thoroughly and his confidence and experience made us feel comfortable with all of the decisions we had to make during the process. We were also selling a condo from out of town and we trusted Steve would handle all of the logistics of selling the property remotely for us. We ended up getting more than we asked. Steve is awesome. We got introduced to him a couple years back and over the years he stayed in touch but was never pushy. Always polite, always listened and respected what we were asking for.
