Such a great team everyone is always kind and Dr great. I REALLY appreciate that when my child is sick they get us in as quickly as possible everytime. I Would recommend coming here if you are looking for a pediatrician.
Brought my daughter here with a medical issue and brought it up time after time for years being told it was nothing crazy until I pushed the button and they finally said they would give us a referral. Referral was never sent correctly according to the specialist they were sending us to. Finally took my daughter to Altais Medical Group and after one appointment it was resolved.
Had a first time appointment scheduled for my baby that I had confirmed over the phone, receptionist called and left me a voicemail 20 minutes before the appointment letting me know that they rescheduled my baby’s appointment because I failed to confirm it over the phone and text message. I confirmed it over the phone, and I never received a text message from their office to confirm. Will not even bother taking my baby in, going to look for a different pediatrician.
